World Cup Stadiums from Space

We are updating our satellite imagery with the 12 newly built soccer stadiums across Brazil just in time for the start of the FIFA World Cup next week. Below is a side by side showing the recent imagery captured by Digital Globe’s GeoEye1 and WorldView 2 satellites. We are currently selecting and processing the most recent, cloudless and highest resolution image available. This is a preview of the update.

All images are open for tracing in OpenStreetMap, so go ahead and use the custom layer URL on OpenStreetMap’s editor to start tracing the new maps.
